Jade Support Home
Our Jade Support Home is a 3-bed community support home that is focused on creating an environment that will nurture, teach, and support youth that require extra care in their everyday lives due to the complexity of managing a diagnosed disability.
The program is designed for youth who require flexible physical, emotional, and mental support. The Jade team works from a client-centered approach to create individual programming to best meet each client’s needs.
The program staff works intensively with each youth and their treatment support team to ensure a holistic support plan is implemented to assist the youth in finding stability and structure throughout their lives. Our Jade Program prioritizes functional life skill development designed to assist with transition into independence.
Our Jade program is funded by Children’s Services and referrals are received from the Children’s Services Placement Team.
